2021

With growth and change comes challenges. And with challenges, often comes growth and change. Therapy is a tool that can help with this. With over fifteen years experience in the profession and having worked with people of all ages facing various obstacles and difficulties, I have had the privilege to witness this time and time again. Sometimes, we need support as we grow, evolve, learn to more fully connect with ourselves and others, and heal.

No two people are alike and no two therapeutic journeys are either. I fully appreciate that therapy is not a "one size fits all" process, so my approach to therapy is to first view each person as an individual with their own specific ways of engaging with the world around them. I draw from various theoretical frameworks and modalities in order to tailor each person's therapy to best meet their needs and reach their goals.

I have extensive experience working with adults and children who have experienced trauma of various types, are dealing with issues surrounding grief and loss, and those who are struggling with depression and anxiety as a result. In addition, I have treated couples who are facing difficulties in how they communicate with one another, how they handle stressors within the relationship, and intimacy issues. My clients view me as empathic, non-judgmental, supportive, and compassionate. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients throughout their therapeutic journey and celebrate each milestone, both large and small, as a step closer to healing and feeling better.
